Terms of Services
๐ GENERAL RULES ๐
- Price mentioned is for 1 Character. Additional Character multiply the price.
- Price mentioned is only for Personal Use.
- Commercial Use will cost x2 total order price. More info about personal or commercial right below!
- Payment is always FULL UPFRONT. No Refunds allowed.
- Must already have a clear COLORED IMAGE for your character design Reference, I don't accept written description-only OCs.
- I only do MINOR revision on the finished piece, major revision like pose or anatomy only accepted when in the sketch progress. and it only can done by 3 times max.
- I have right to reject your commission. I might reject it if I think your order doesn't fit in my style.
- Turn Around Time (TAT) is 1 - 3 weeks max for a drawing. Please wait patiently for it. If you want any order with less time and fixed deadline that will be charged with rush fee. ($20-30). If I have not started your commission and no response from me for over a month, feel free to contact me for cancellation. If u have paid, let me know and I will refund.

- Description-only design.
- More than 2 character on one canvas.

- Any usage that related to NFT and Artificial Intelligence are prohibited.I DO have the right to publish my art on any website that I want as portfolio (except for private and commercial commission if it said on the contract).
- You (as the commissioner) DO have the right to publish / upload your commissioned art from me to any website (credit is not needed but very appreciated ).
- You ( as the commissioner ) DO have the right to edit / render the piece that you bought from me.
- You ( as the commissioner ) DON'T have any right to use your commissioned art as commercial object on Non-commercial commission.Other people beside you ( as the commissioner ) and me DON'T have any right to publish / upload my art to other website unless they have my/ commissioner permission.
